In English

When you visit a page or download a file, this site records the page or file, the time, your IP address and the country/region/city derived from it, your browser's user-agent, and the referring website. It also records which buy, free-sample or team-licence button you click (and whether the pack was pre-launch, at launch price or at full price), and the source tag if the link you followed carries ?s=, so I can tell which video or post brought the visit. There are no ad trackers and no tracking cookies; your browser only keeps a few settings (language, sound, the tool you picked in a tutorial, Free-Flowing Swing practice settings) and this visit's source tag, which clears when you close the tab.

Purchases and the team licence go through Creem's checkout (Creem is the Merchant of Record); the free sample is claimed through a $0 Creem checkout, or by email until that link is live. Creem handles your email and payment details under its own privacy policy, and this site never sees your card number. I receive what an order needs (such as your email and what you bought) plus the source tag, to deliver, support and count which video led to the order. An email left for the free sample is used only for the sample and new-pack announcements, at most 6 emails a year; reply to any of them to unsubscribe. If you email me, including through a "notify me" or brief button, your address is used only to reply.

Visit and click data is used only to count visits, downloads, regions and which content brought a visit or an order, and is never sold or shared. Detailed records including IP addresses are deleted automatically after 30 days; only aggregate counts are kept. Emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Visit data is stored with Vercel and Upstash and is visible only to the site owner; orders and sample claims are stored with Creem. To ask about or delete records linked to your IP or email, write to rubyfpv88@gmail.com.
