服务条款 Terms of Service

For digital products sold on buxiwan.com.

Effective date: October 31, 2026

The short version is a summary. The sections below are the actual terms.

1. Who I am and what these terms cover

buxiwan.com is run by Ruby, an independent creator who publishes as Rubyfpv ("I", "me"). These terms apply when you ("you", the buyer) buy or use a digital product from this site, such as the Hook Motion Pack. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. Free kits on /kits/ keep the licence written on their own pages.

2. What you are buying

• Digital downloads only. Products are motion templates for short-form video, delivered as a ZIP file of editable HyperFrames source files (HTML, CSS and JavaScript), colour themes, documentation and a demo project. No physical goods are shipped.
• Each product page lists what is included, the price, the language of the files and what you need to use them. Please read it before you buy.
• The templates are animation code that you edit and render on your own computer. They are not an online service and do not generate images or video with AI.

3. Price and payment (Creem is the Merchant of Record)

• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (creem.io, operated by Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia). Creem is the Merchant of Record for all orders: it processes your payment, calculates and collects any VAT, GST or sales tax, and issues your invoice or receipt.
• Your purchase is also covered by Creem's Buyer Terms. Your card or bank statement will show a charge from Creem (CREEM.IO*), not from Rubyfpv.
• Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page. Depending on where you live, tax may be added at checkout. If a page shows a launch or sale price, it applies only for the period stated on that page (for the Hook Motion Pack: the first 7 days after sales open). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• I never see or store your card details.

4. Delivery

After payment, Creem emails you a receipt with a link to download your files. You can download them again later from Creem's order page using the email address you bought with. If nothing arrives within an hour, check your spam folder, then email me and I'll send the files.

5. Your licence

When you buy a product, I give you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. A standard (personal) purchase covers one person. A Studio licence covers a team (see below).

You may:

• use the templates in an unlimited number of videos, for yourself, your business or your clients, including monetised videos and ads;
• change the text, colours, fonts, timing and media, and combine templates with each other or with your own work;
• publish the videos you render anywhere. The finished videos are yours.

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, share, give away or redistribute the source files (the ZIP or any template in it, edited or not), for example on template marketplaces, public code repositories, shared drives or in group buys;
• include the source files in another template pack, asset library, course or product;
• present the templates as your own product.

Studio licence (teams of up to 5)

A Studio licence gives the same rights and limits as above to up to 5 people who work in the same team, company or studio. Each of them may download and use the files; the files still may not be shared outside that team. The Studio licence price is shown on the product page and on the Services page; buy it there or email me. For more than 5 people, email me.

I keep the copyright in the templates; you are buying a licence, not ownership. The pack ships with neutral, labelled placeholders that show where your media goes; the people and footage you see in the previews are demo material and are not in the ZIP. Fonts, sound effects and code libraries made by others keep their own licences, listed in the LICENSE file inside the ZIP. If you break these terms, your licence ends and you must delete the files.

6. Refunds

Because the files can be downloaded and kept, I don't offer refunds just because you changed your mind. I will give you a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• the files are broken, won't open, or a template doesn't work as described on the product page, and I can't fix it for you;
• you were charged twice for the same product; or
• you never received your download.

To ask for a refund, email rubyfpv88@gmail.com with your order number and what went wrong (a screenshot of the error helps). Refunds are issued through Creem to your original payment method. Please contact me before opening a dispute with your bank. If you live in the EU or UK, Creem's checkout asks you to agree that the download starts immediately, which means the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies once the files are available (see Creem's Buyer Terms). This does not limit your rights if the product is faulty.

7. What you need, and third-party tools

The templates run with free tools you install yourself, such as the HyperFrames command-line tool and Node.js, and are easiest to edit with an AI coding assistant such as Claude Code or Codex. These tools are not part of the product, have their own terms and may change. The requirements for each product are listed on its page. If something in the pack stops working because one of these tools changed, email me and I'll try to help.

8. Updates and support

I answer support emails within 3 business days. Bug-fix updates to a product you bought are free. I may release bigger new versions or new packs as separate products.

9. Your content and acceptable use

You are responsible for the footage, photos, text and logos you put into the templates, for having the right to use them, and for following the rules of the platforms where you publish. Don't use the templates to make content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, or that impersonates someone without their permission.

10. Warranty and liability

I test every product before release, but the files are provided "as is" and I can't promise they will suit every project or computer. As far as the law allows, my total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

11. Trademarks

Claude, Claude Code, Codex, HyperFrames and other product names mentioned on this site belong to their owners. Rubyfpv is an independent creator and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

12. Privacy

When you buy, Creem processes your payment details under its own privacy policy and shares your name, email address, country and order details with me so I can deliver the product and answer support requests. I don't sell or share this information. How this site counts visits and downloads is explained in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The version on this page when you make a purchase applies to that purchase. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
